Hosting and secure delivery

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes website data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. When you request a page or file, technical connection data is processed to deliver it, maintain availability and investigate faults or abuse. This includes your IP address, the requested resource, access time and technical information sent by your browser.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website. IONOS’s current hosting processing terms specify a maximum retention of seven days for log files. Data required to investigate a specific security incident or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for that purpose until it is no longer required. The website uses HTTPS to protect data in transit.

Website statistics

We use IONOS WebAnalytics to understand website usage and improve technical operation. It records the referring page, requested resource, browser and operating system, device type and access time. According to IONOS, the IP address is anonymised immediately after transmission and the resulting statistics are processed without identifying individual visitors. WebAnalytics does not use cookies.

The legal basis for processing before anonymisation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our interest in understanding and improving this website using limited technical statistics. The statistical reports contain anonymised information. More information is available in IONOS’s WebAnalytics privacy information.

Cookies, browser storage and local assets

The public landing page and legal pages do not provide user accounts, shopping functions or advertising integrations. Their design uses images, the CelluCore logo and the Exo 2 font delivered from this website’s own domain. These assets are not requested from Google Fonts or an external image service.

WordPress may use necessary cookies when authorised administrators sign in, for authentication and administrative preferences. Those functions are separate from visiting the public pages. The website does not use these cookies to create advertising profiles. Ordinary browser caching may store copies of page files to speed up repeat visits; you can clear cached files and website data in your browser settings.

Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us, we process the contact details you provide, your message and related correspondence to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Our contact mailbox is hosted by IONOS and accessed using Apple Mail. An email link opens your own email application; the website does not submit a contact form.

For enquiries about a contract with you, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in responding to relevant communications. Where retention is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

We delete completed general enquiries when they are no longer needed for their handling, unless a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires continued retention. This criterion applies to correspondence retained in the mailbox and in Apple Mail. Providing contact information is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer without a suitable way to reach you.

Service providers and disclosures

IONOS and its relevant contracted service providers process data as needed for hosting, technical operation and email services. IONOS’s processing agreement provides for processing within the EU/EEA and safeguards under Chapter V GDPR where a service requires a transfer outside it. Details of its contractual safeguards and product-specific subprocessors are available in the IONOS data processing agreement and annexes. We also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will stop that processing unless overriding compelling legitimate grounds or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims justify continuing it. Please use the contact details above to exercise your rights.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. Our local supervisory authority is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.
